Venue Rental Fees (With Air-conditioning): For a 4-hour Event:

Full Hall (100-180 persons): 20,000.00 Php
3/4 Hall (50-100 persons): 17,000.00 Php
1/2. Hall (30-40 persons): 10,000.00 Php

Set up Time (No Air-conditioning): 4 hours

4 Hours Duration: Actual Event
2 Hours: Clean up Time

Catering Fee

*A flat fee of two thousand five hundred( 2,500.00 Php) shall be paid by the client for the use of the facilities and electricity by an outside caterer for any event, regardless of the number of people/guests.
(*IMPORTANT: If you use the accredited caterer of Emps and Mel’s Patio, however, this said fee will be duly waived).

Chargeable Fees in Excess of 4-hour event time limit:

Full Hall: 3,000.00 Php
3/4 Hall: 2,000.00 Php
1/2 Hall: 1,500.00 Php

Extra Chargeable Rental Fees:

Tables: 50.00 Php Each
Chairs: 20.00 Php Each
